We work on a wide range of private residential projects, from full renovations and interior architecture to bespoke FF&E design, procurement and turnkey styling.

We provide a comprehensive interior architecture and design service for full renovations and new builds, including space planning, layouts, technical detailing, and design specifications to ensure every element works seamlessly together.
All interior architectural elements are delivered in-house, from lighting and electrical design to bespoke joinery, kitchen, and bathroom design. Each project is approached individually, responding to the architecture of the property and the client’s vision to create refined, functional, and timeless homes.

Our Interior Design and FF&E service focuses on the furnishing and detailing of each project. This includes bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, custom lighting, artwork selection, fabric schemes, and finish specifications.
Our FF&E specialists expertly combine fabrics, finishes, and furnishings to create cohesive schemes tailored to each client and project. Every element is carefully considered to balance sophistication with lasting comfort.

Following approval of the design specification, our team manages the tender process, liaising with our trusted network of suppliers to compile detailed cost estimates for client approval prior to procurement.

We manage the entire procurement process in-house, including the appointment of suppliers through our trade network, financial management, and coordination of shipments through to final delivery and on-site installation, ensuring a seamless and well-executed outcome.
Meticulous planning underpins a smooth and efficient process, resulting in a beautifully completed home ready to be enjoyed.

We provide a consultative site monitoring service throughout the construction phase to ensure the design intent is carried through accurately. This includes regular site visits, design team meetings, review of contractor and specialist information, responses to RFIs, coordination with the wider professional team, and input into final inspections on behalf of the client.

Our Turnkey Styling service provides the final layer of each project. Rachel and the FF&E team carefully source, curate, and style decorative accessories to ensure every interior feels complete, cohesive, and ready to be lived in from day one.
