Every online consultation is personally led by Rachel Winham, Founder and Creative Director of Rachel Winham Interior Design. With close to two decades of experience designing luxury residential homes and super-prime developments in the UK and internationally, Rachel brings a depth of knowledge and a highly considered approach to every session.
Each consultation offers clear, tailored guidance shaped around your space, priorities, and lifestyle. Whether refining layouts, selecting finishes, or navigating a specific design challenge, the service is designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional insight, enabling you to move forward with confidence.
This consultation can cover:Spatial and furniture layouts (interior and exterior)
Furniture, lighting and soft furnishings selection
Paint colours, wall finishes and material palettes
Kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke joinery
Lighting layouts, fittings and circuits
Styling and finishing touches
Supplier guidance and sourcing advice

Consultations will take place on Zoom video calls. Prior to the scheduled consultation, you will receive a link via email to join the video call. From there, you’ll be able to show your space, ask questions to gain feedback and advice. There is not a set structure for how you utilise your time; consultations are meant to be collaborative and tailored to your needs.

Preparation can be as minimal or thorough as a client feels is necessary to accomplish their goals from the consultation. Generally, we suggest putting together a simple document or presentation that includes photos of the spaces you need help with and any questions you’d like answered. Some people also include inspiration images, furniture or soft furnishings being considered, or floor plans / drawings, etc.

We encourage you to gather a list of questions and topics you wish to cover prior to your consultation so that you can maximise your time and get all the answers you need. We are unable to share direct contact details before, during or after the consultation, so if you have any follow up questions or run out of time, we encourage you to book another consultation.

We will recommend pieces that are suitable for your space, style and budget. We suggest having another device (laptop/phone/tablet) available where you can open all the relevant product tabs that are proposed to you during the call.
