Understanding you, your home + the visionSTAGE 2 // Conceptual Design
With a clear brief in place, we begin shaping the overall creative vision for your home. This stage focuses on spatial planning, initial layouts and establishing the design narrative, defining how each space flows, functions and connects. We explore proportion, balance and mood, ensuring the design feels cohesive and considered from room to room.
The conceptual design sets the tone for the entire project, allowing you to visualise how your home will come together before any detailed decisions are made.
Defining the creative directionSTAGE 3 // Developed Design
At this stage, the design is carefully developed and refined. We build upon the approved concept by selecting finishes, materials, furniture, lighting and FF&E, ensuring each element works harmoniously within the wider scheme. Layouts are finalised, and the design begins to take on depth, texture and character.

Refining the details + bringing the scheme to lifeSTAGE 4 // Technical Design
Once the design is fully developed, we produce comprehensive technical drawings and specifications to support the construction phase.
These detailed documents ensure design intent is communicated clearly to contractors, joiners and consultants, reducing ambiguity and supporting a smooth build process. Our technical approach safeguards the integrity of the design, ensuring the finished result reflects what has been carefully planned.

Translating design into build-ready detailSTAGE 5 // Procurement
We manage the sourcing and procurement of all approved furniture, lighting and finishes through our trusted network of suppliers and artisans.
This service includes placing orders, managing lead times, coordinating deliveries and overseeing quality control. By handling procurement on your behalf, we remove complexity and ensure every item arrives as expected, on schedule and to the required standard.

Sourcing, coordination + quality controlSTAGE 6 // Installation
The final stage is where the design is fully realised. We oversee delivery, installation and final styling, ensuring each element is carefully placed and finished to a high standard.
